Register for Polar Dash
Register for the Polar Dash in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota on January 1st, 2012! Race highlights (besides bragging rights of running a race on New Year's Day): everyone gets a fleece, medal and post-race hot chocolate!
Online registration for the Polar Dash is now closed. You can register in person at our packet pick-up on Friday, December 30 or Saturday, December 31.
We will have race day registration for the 5K.
Race Distances and Start Times:
*New Half Marathon: 10:00 a.m.
10K: 10:00 a.m.
5K: 10:15 a.m. (updated time!)

If you would like to change your race, please see our race change policy. There are no refunds.
If you are a member of the Monster Race Series, you can exercise your "Away option" if you suddenly find you cannot attend the race. Downloadable Away Option Form for 2012 will be available soon. This option must be complete and received by our office staff one week before the race. We will mail your your items two weeks after the event.
Race Change Policy
At Team Ortho Foundation we allow you to change your race entries. Race Changes must be mailed in by Friday, December 16th, 2011. After that, you will have to change your registration at packet pick-up.
48-Hour Change Policy: You have 48 hours after the time of registration to make any desired changes to your race entry without penalty. Go to Contact Us and use the drop down menu to select registration. This will direct your email to the correct Team Ortho employee.
There are no refunds.
Here are your race change options:
- To change your race entry to another person - $25.00
- To upgrade or downgrade your distance - $15.00 + difference in race price (if upgrading)
