Perhaps as long as we have the room. However, if we sell out of parking passes before packet pick-up or race day, we will not be able to accommodate your car.  The best plan is to purchase a parking pass when you register.  For additional information on parking/shuttles or on-street parking, go to our parking/transportation page.

It depends on whether the race fills up or not.  Its always best to sign up early to guarantee your spot.  

Yes, the Polar Dash is a headset/earbud-friendly event.  You can bring your music on your iPod or MP3 player and run with your own tunes.

Shriners Hospital will not be open to participants or spectators.  They can stay warm in the warming tent, or follow you along the race in their car, or hang out at a nearby coffee shop while you race.

After you register, your bib number does not automatically fill in  to our bib number list.  We upload a new pdf every few days as more people register.  If you want to confirm that you have signed up, our registration page has a "confirm your registration" link.  Fill that out and your name should pop up!  If it doesn't, you can go to our contact us page and click "Registration" on the drop down.

Bad weather can happen at any race and we always need to be prepared. Please see our Weather Policy for additional information.

Sorry we don't do race day packet pick-up. Please choose the mail-out option for your race bib, fleece, and chip when you register.  You will get it before race day and won't have to come in for packet pick-up.

10:00 a.m. for the Half Marathon and 10K.  10:20 a.m. for the 5K.

No matter what distance you run, everyone gets a medal at the Polar Dash.

The 5K is a fun run, and is not chip timed.

We will have warming tents for you as well as a bag drop you can leave your heavy coats in during the race.  Shriners Hospital will NOT be open to participants on race day. 

There is limited on-street parking.  Please make sure you are not parking in a no-parking zone.  Team Ortho Foundation is not responsible for ticket or towing fees.  There is no shuttle access for on-street parking. Please see parking/transportation.

There is no parking at Shriners Hospital on race day.  We will have a parking/shuttle service as a courtesy to runners.  You can sign up for this when you register for the race.
